Our mission is to revolutionize how the world works with intuitive tools that eliminate tech complexity, boost productivity and streamline collaboration.
Work should be simple.
In 2017, that belief brought PDFSimpli to life — to solve a problem so many professionals and businesses faced: spending too much time wrestling with documents instead of focusing on what truly matters.
That idea sparked the launch of a platform created to help people handle contracts, forms and legal paperwork without unnecessary complexity — delivering to the strong market demand for document tools that were easy to use and accessible from anywhere.
By 2021, the platform had scaled, offering new capabilities like digital signatures (SignSimpli) and smart forms (LegalSimpli). What began as a legal-focused solution quickly expanded into something more. WorkSimpli Software was born—a broader platform with a unified mission: make document management simplistic, seamless and scalable.

In 2024, we launched our AI-powered language translator, another step in simplifying work by removing global language barriers and empowering users to work and communicate efficiently anywhere they live.
Today, WorkSimpli offers an all-in-one cloud platform built to remove the frustrations of complicated software, outdated processes, the need for multiple services and the restrictions juggling platforms brings. Productivity shouldn’t come with complications—it should just work. We dare to reimagine a workday without wasted time, tangled tools, or tech frustration—and we’re building it one intuitive solution at a time.
Sean is a visionary leader and expert in direct response marketing, with deep experience across the legal, lifestyle, and software as a service (SaaS) sectors.
Sean has always dreamed of building something of his own. His journey took a pivotal turn when he relocated to Puerto Rico for a role at a major tech company. Captivated by the island’s culture and community, Sean quickly put down roots and transformed his vision into reality—founding his own startup, alongside Varun Pathak (Head Of Engineering) and Jordan Iversen (Design).
Under Sean and Varun’s leadership, WorkSimpli is harnessing technology to build intuitive, user-first solutions that are shaping the future of work.
